The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any requests we had. The hotel had fantastic facilities, including a sauna and steam room that we really enjoyed. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the city center and other attractions. Plus, the room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay during our city trip.
We found the furniture in the hotel to be a bit outdated and could use some modernization. there was a slight smell of cigarettes in certain areas of the hotel, slightly bothersome.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. There are also several restaurants in the vicinity, allowing us to try different cuisines. the hotel is close to universities, which was convenient for me as I had to give lectures. there is a huge mall nearby, offering a wide range of brands for shopping.
The aggressive up-selling of services by the staff was a bit overwhelming at times.

New building, great location for my needs. Management addressed cleanliness issue promptly and provided an apology letter. Upgraded to better room. Convenient for reaching European side in under 15 mins by car. Comfortable, spacious room. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Clean indoor pool. Satisfactory affordable option for staying on Asia side of city. Good nearby dining options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and were pretty good, even though we didn't speak the same language. They ensured all our needs were met, including setting up a taxi for our early morning departure. the location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from a metro station and a shopping mall. We were able to enjoy everything this city has to offer with great ease.
